Effective October 1, 2026, the City offers voluntary Colonial Life plans that provide per diem amounts for covered events. Depending on the coverage you select, you can also get immediate cash to help pay bills, replace lost paychecks and offset leftover medical expenses. Coverage requires underwriter approval through Colonial Life.
