The City offers all full time benefit eligible employees and their dependents three visits with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) per plan year at no cost!
The City partners with Family Counseling Service for EAP services, where licensed mental health providers give confidential support for a variety of circumstances in life. Family Counseling Services’ team can assist with the following experiences and more:
- Challenges at work
- Anxiety/depression
- Grief or loss
- Relationship issues
- Abuse
- Alcohol or drug dependency
Bilingual mental health providers are also available. It’s important to be able to identify and work through your individual experiences. Following sponsored sessions, this benefit transfers to insurance where assistance with fees and copays are also available through Family Counseling Service.
